Jennifer has been a Group Fitness Instructor since 2014. She currently teaches The Jungle Body programs and is known as our Pocket Rocket! Her energy and flavour is incredible especially on the stage. She works in clerical full-time and plays competitive soccer in Sydney. We are very fortunate to have such a dedicated instructor on our team who always makes her members feel happy and welcome.

Fran

Fran has been trained in different styles of Dance including Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary etc. She danced for 10 years with a dance company.
She has always kept fit by working outat the gym. Melissa met Fran back in 2013 where she taught her classes at the gym she trained at. She loved the programs and decided to take her own Fitness to the next level and is now a qualified Jungle Body instructor with our crew. We love having such a vibrant person in our team

Dana

Dana has extensively travelled around the world as a professional dancer as part of a showboat/on land troupe performing on Royal Caribbean Cruise Liner “Mariner of the Seas and “Splendour of the Seas”, Disney Land Paris, Disneyland EPCOT, The Intrepid US Navy Sea and Air Museum NYC, Barcelona, Dublin, Cozumel, Monte Carlo, Nice, Cayman Islands, Labadee Island Haiti, Jamaica, Florida, NYC and the UK. Dance styles/genre ranging from Latin dancing, contemporary, jazz and hip-hop.
Dana Rose has been a qualified The Jungle Body (TJB) Instructor since 2012 and is excited in helping others maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle. Dana is passionate about teaching TJB program as it incorporates all styles of dance and is a great way to relax, meet new people and enjoy life.

Melissa

Melissa has been a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness  Instructor since 2012. She changed her path from Accounting to pursue a Fitness career during her own fitness journey losing up to 20kgs. Her motivation and determination gave her strength and a new vision to help others accomplish their goals as well. With a background of Martial Arts she achieved certifications in Boxercise, Kickbox and MMA Fitness giving a variety of techniques and workouts to her clients and members.  Dance Fitness is her main expertise where she mentors instructors, hosts international guests for events in Sydney and travels around the state for Charity events with her dance crew. Melissa has also instructed Outdoor Bootcamp for weight watchers, highschool sports and small groups using various training styles. She focuses on female fitness assisting women with body sculpting, strength training and weight loss. Her knowledge of sports nutrition has helped educate and advise clients on the best supplements and diet to maintain a healthier lifestyle.
